      I’m a garmin user and want to change but before make the change would like to try the suunto app
      have instaled the app and the exercises have transferred with no problem

      but is it possible to transfer all the data from garmin connect?
      sleep stress heart rate etc etc??

        I don’t think so as the formatting would be different.
        Even if you can I don’t think its a good idea as the algorithms are different. For me health metrics are about the variations to your baseline trends, and you need to create a whole new baseline off the a different set of algorithms - unfortunately your previous history is effectively now irrelevant.

          @Nuno-Machuqueiro You can transfer exercises across but for the values you want to transfer those are established by the watches and as @Jamie-BG stated, best to let these be acquired by the Suunto.
