Voice feedback - How do i activate it?

Hello!
I have some problems with Voice feedback and i cant get it to work.I have the latest firmware on both the watch and the app. I Use a Samsung phone (android)
I altso have activated the voice feedback in the watch.
Have been in contact with Suunto support two times already but with no success.
The support just keep telling me to do a hard reset, but i have already done it twice i i wont do it again.Anyone that can help?
