Vertical turn in sleep mode now cannot start

Hey Community, cause i wear actually my RACE i turned my Vertical since 2 weeks Off in sleep mode. While the new update will come monday i put the Vertical in the charging cable now. But shown this NOW and NO Start from the watch. More Times i had try press the upper right Button longer 12 seconds. Seems the watch try to start but then only this Display!!! Its my second device for Repair… Have i sent it AGAIN for Repair to finland to wait again 30 days???

@GiPFELKiND how long did you wait, when this screen came on? Maybe it’s downloading/installing some stuff, which (at least forme with veeeeery slow network) took a long time on the Vertical.

I would try to let it on charge and turn it off and on again, but probably you’ve tried already ?

you guys are great!! …if it takes longer, it, well, may take longer 
maybe by now the topic is already solved?why would we switch a watch off? fully charged, laying untouched on a window sill, the battery might survive for months.
