@jjpaz Hi! thanks for your reply. Yes, now it seems to be on that clean state, and it displays that the version installed in the unit is 2.25.66.
my suunto app tells that there is a software update available (2.30.26.10641) which was downloaded to the unit, and says to check on the watch to continue updating.
but on the watch, the “software update” is grayed out, and says that the watch is up to date
so not sure how to move forward with updating it -

@sartoric Hi! yes, just did a soft reset. same behavior (software update is grayed out although the suunto app says that there is a software package downloaded to the watch). for the record I also reinstalled the suunto app on my iphone.
