      Hi,

      I’ve done the threshold test using the sportapp. How can I apply the results (pulsezones 1-5) in the watch. I do not want to the heartrate zones based on max heart rate, but on threshold heart rate.

        @lamamaaan just use online hr zones calculator based on threshold and apply this result manually in the watch - it’s the only way I know

          @false Thank you! Yes I just did that using the percentage of anaerobic threshold heart rate (169bpm).

          Zone 5: Above your anaerobic threshold. Zone 5 ends at your max heart rate
          Zone 4: 94–99 % of your anaerobic threshold. The upper limit of zone 4 is your anaerobic threshold
          Zone 3: 89-93 % of your anaerobic threshold
          Zone 2: 83-88 % of your anaerobic threshold. The upper limit of zone 2 is your aerobic threshold
          Zone 1: <82 % of your anaerobic threshold. Zone 1 starts at your resting heart rate.

              @Iggge the threshold specifies the upper limit of zone 4. This article explains how to set the zones: https://www.suunto.com/en-us/sports/News-Articles-container-page/Figure-out-your-training-zones-and-supercharge-your-fitness/

                @halajos Thanks! So it is basically my Threshold × procent that I should set as my zones?

                  @Iggge correct… Z5 starts at 157, Z4 starts at 0.94 x 157 = 148, Z3 …

                  (Be aware that there are many more “zone training truths” out there… very confusing as they are usually also called zone 1 upto 5 (or 7), but use different formulas. You might need to tweak it in the end, but at least this gets you started in the right direction…)

                      Tested this S+ today, 10 mins sounded to short for me as the warm-up, so thought of doing longer warm-up, then when 10 mins were appropriate, chose the S+ on the go but noticed it didn’t start the 10 min warm-up countdown, can this S+ be updated so it can be selected during the workout instead of current implementation that only works if selected from the pre-workout screen?

                      Thanks.
