@Ollipolli Ye I think Suunto are worst fitness watches. Only good for GPS and running. But if You count steps or calories, its false.

I know people will say “if you tweak the alg, people will complain it’s not sensitive enough”

But like… literally, Suunto is the absolute worst with its current sensitivity. It’s comically bad. Dial it back a tad and I think we make those who really care about steps a tad bit happier. Not asking for the world, but from a company that doesn’t seem to listen as is… the debate is still out on whether anything actually happens.

That said, it has encouraged me to pay closer attention to my logged miles / minutes doing workouts, rather than just steps from casual walking, etc. It’s also important to acknowledge that no wrist base watch is 100% anyway. At least with modern generation Apple Watches, Garmin’s and Coros devices… they are much closer to 95% than Sunnto lol. The way I’m seeing it… is that if I am running a few miles a day, hiking, working out, those saved numbers are more beneficial to me than some counted steps.
