When I build interval training in the app or receive a structured training through the TP, I am unable to shorten the training phases.
On the SB I could start a structured workout and shorten a phase/
for example dont want to do a 10 minute warm up but shorten the phaseto do so I would press the button and it would skip to the next step in the workout -
unable to do this on vertical
I would be happy to receive assistance

@Danny-poleg ok, sorry, here you go:
As far as I know, this function is absent from suunto app (correct me if I’m wrong) and perhaps also from training peaks - I never tried that one.
However, some other suunto partners offer to skip (sh) current interval by pressing the lower button. One such partner is intervals.icu - a web platform (free!) that allows you to create your own interval training - or training plan even and sync it to your suunto device.

@Danny-poleg if you choose the workout with intervals when you start the exercise it does not work. If you choose no and then select it through the Suunto plus menu, the lap button works and shortens the interval.

This is phenomenal! Will give it a go with the HumanGo guides later today.

This feature “on lap button press” is available on SA, TP ICU and others, the existing bug described above by @Ketoohs is the only issue I’m aware of.
