Out of zone vibration

Not sure if this has been discussed. On a structured workout that gets synced from TP, I often find that HR or pace-based intervals which have a range do not result in any vibration if you exceed or go below the range. It’s annoying to keep having to look at the watch. Is this something that is likely to be fixed soon?

yes, very very soon

@zhang965 lol people are downvoting user, not reply. If other user would leave same reply, he would get an upvote.

double standard is a standard.

yes, my baggage is made in finland as well.
-
@altcmd are you sure your watch is not set to “do not disturb”?
-
@Egika yep. There is no beep or vibration alert when my hr exceeds or drop outside of hr range in interval.
-
@zhang965 how is the Garmin forum?
-
@altcmd They kicked him out already.
Actually, it’s kinda sad that your valid question drowns into this pitiful pickering from one troll. But I support your idea; I’d like to have haptic feedback regading the zones and I’d like to turn it on/off at will. Sometimes you need it, sometimes you don’t.

Upvote and also called this out for the HumanGo guides so looks like it’s common across the board.

@BrunoH @stromdiddily agreed with both. It should be an option. However I am surprised how this basic element is missing in interval workouts. Then again, structured workouts are not native in Suunto devices and needs a Guide. Pity as the idea is noble but seems to get overly complicated for basic things.

Basic intervals are pretty basic actually and can be toggled on and configured in the watch prior to starting to the session. Anything involving a calendar or different working sessions/intervals will require a guide

@zhang965 Lol
-
@stromdiddily yes and we are talking about the later since on-watch intervals being too basic have been on the watch for a while but as with many things, pretty half-baked.
