      Hi,
I have disconnected use of route(s) on the watch for all my routes in the Suunto App - and they are removed from the watch - OK.
But I am not able to delete the routes in the App!
I use android - press the tree dots in the right upper corner, and chose delete. I confirm deletion, and the App accept (and syncronize with the watch), but the route is not deleted…
For information: The routes are made in Strava and syncronized between the app´s. Do I have to delete the routes in the Strava app as well?

        @Aage-Christensen
        probably yes
I’m not using Strava, but I suppose that Strava push it if deleted in SA, even if it sounds a bit strange

@Aage-Christensen Are the routes starred in Strava? I believe that if the routes are not starred they will not sync. So, not necessary to delete in Strava.

Have you come up with a solution? I am having exactly the same situation. How can I remove routes from the Library of saved routes? I do have the March 2024 update!

@Charlie-Schrama Simply keep adding new routes until the old ones exit. simple and effective.

I guess that you are also referring to routes created in Strava.

I have routes created with Komoot and I can delete those routes in the Suunto App without them reappearing.

In fact, I have not found a way to ever get them back again into the Suunto App if I need them again. Also if I modify the original Komoot route I cannot figure out how to get the update pushed to the Suunto App?!

Luckily for me I don’t use the navigation feature of the watch. I use my Wahoo cycling computer for that. But I would like to have a backup navigation option when going on cycling holidays.

@Mads-Hintz-Madsen what I do with Kamoot if I have deleted the route in the app it’s simple download GPX to the watch then open with SA.

You can also edit and rename the title in Kamoot. It will resync again that way.

I have never seen a route edit or title edit in Komoot actually sync back to the Suunto App (on Android). It just doesn’t seem to happen for me.

@Mads-Hintz-Madsen yes agreed, changes never sync back, I had to go recheck. It is plan similar route then delete the original I have used as a work around.

As mentioned on the Wahoo app amendments do sync. It would be great if SA did the same.

                        I’m also on Android.
