Auto lap noise
-
Can anyone help me, when I run my watch has auto lap on every 1km. So for the first 3km of a run the watch lights up with the data for the last km however it doesn’t make any noise so I often don’t see it. However at 4km and 5km the watch makes a noise when I hit these marks which is good so I know to look.
Thing is I can’t for the life of me find in the settings anyway how to make it do this for each kilometre? And why it randomly chooses to do this at 4km ?

@gone-troppo right before you start the activity, scroll all the way down and you’ll see the autolap setting. There you can set it to 1 km.
Do you use any Suunto+ apps? They also create notifications and vibrations at specific times -
Thanks it is set to 1km my issue was it only makes a noise after 4km. The first 3km it will show the autolap data on the screen but the watch doesn’t make any audible noise to notify me. Once I get to 4 and 5 km the watch shows the same autolap info that it shows in the first 3km but it also makes a noise so I know to look at the watch. Not the end of the world but the noise is certainly good so you don’t miss it

@gone-troppo
Does it vibrate for first 3 kms?Have you reset your watch?
I mute my watch but I get vibration for every single kilometer

@gone-troppo Do you use any Suunto+ apps or guides that can potentially conflict with the autolap notifications in the first 3 km?

Nup no suunto app guides or anything like that.
I’m not sure if it vibrates I don’t think so but when I’m running not really the most aware of something like that I will take notice next time.
