      Ffter last firmware update applied in July, my Suunto 9 Baro freezes showing a big arrow and four dots: the first on the left full, the second blinking, the other two empty, and keeps like that for hours… until I power off with the top button pressed for more than 10 seconds.
      Since it happens frequently, also when I am training, stopping recording, it is very frustrating…
      Someone cal tell me what is it? And maybe how can I avoid this annoying behaviour?

        @cloud there may be something wrong with your watch. You can try a full factory reset or contact support.

          @Brad_Olwin, thanks!
          Yesss, seems to be something wrong, yeah… Support told me to send it to them.

          Already tried soft-reset (hold 12s uppper-right) sometimes makes the arrow disappear, but it happer again some hours late.
          The same with hard-reset (usb connection with pc running SuuntoLink) also suggested by SuuntoLink, which then tries to update, fails a few times, then completes, but hours later the arrow happears again.
          Also tried many times the soft-reset as requested by the support, leading the watch to a new state with the display showing a message I don’t remember but inviting to ask them.
          So I am waiting for them to solve this, happeared after upgrade 😞
