Vertical - optical HR senzor surface problem

Hi, I’ve had a Suunto vertical for about 2 months and it’s making bubbles or something under the surface of the optical HR sensor…anyone have a similar experience? This is probably a material problem with this piece.
I’m afraid I’ll have to get the watch replaced.
