Can not delete routes on my watch

Sorry if this post is repeated, but I just can not delete routes on my watch. I have 10 routes on the app and 14 on my watch. Any help is welcome. Thanks. -

Log out from the app on your phone
Log in again and pair your watch.
After sync, your 14 watch routes should be in the app again, and you should be able to delete them propery.SSU (retired), SV1, SV2

@Gerardo-Obando I remember I had to send more routes to watch (15?) in order to delete ghost ones. so try to use in watch more routes (until you will not be able to add more) and you will see
