Why is my watch giving me a V02max after every treadmill session? I thought it requires outside gps ?

That’s supposedly how firstbeat does it measures your speed vs hr on an outside road run and measures it against its algorithms. The speed your watch gives you on treadmill is obviously not gps speed it’s from the accelerometer.
