Suunto Beta Release for Suunto 9 Peak Pro, Suunto 9 Peak, Suunto 9 Baro, Suunto 9 and Suunto 5 Peak

@Mi_chael no, these are the apps. PM me

Is it possible to update Suunto 9 Baro with a macbook? I have the SuuntoLink installed but couldn’t figure a way to get the beta version to install.

@rooldaa said in Suunto Beta Release for Suunto 9 Peak Pro, Suunto 9 Peak, Suunto 9 Baro, Suunto 9 and Suunto 5 Peak: hm, I am able to disable it outside the activities. And so do I, but then it’s disabled for good, outside and inside of activities.
Previously, there was a setting rendering “Raise to wake” available only within activities. No raise-to-wake in watch mode. And it would be enabled during a run for instance.
Here the settings have changed it seems, and there is no more this option to have R-T-W only during activities.
It’s all or nothing, even though we can set the brightness to low.

@Vylli connect watch to usb, open suunto link and drop downloaded zip file on the watch logo in suunto link
-
@taziden RTW during activities, I want it back please!
-

-
@dombo The given link for S9B gives me a folder named Ibiza-fv_2 and the folder has 4 items. No zip files.

@Mi_chael have you tried this: - Unstar all bike/run segments in Strava
- Refresh guides list in Suunto App
- Star bike/run segments in Strava
- Refresh guides list in Suunto App
- Sync watch

-
 @isazi Personnaly I tried that plus disconnecting/reconnecting Strava and I can’t reconnect Strava anymore : https://forum.suunto.com/topic/9018/strava-connection

Hi, so if you don’t have strava premium you won’t even see strava live segments app/guide? I have 9 baro and installed this beta fw and installed beta suunto app on ios but still I can’t find it. Thanks.

@Vylli in the upper right corner it should say: download zip
-
@DMytro tried another browser and now I can download the zip file. Thank you for the help.
-
@taziden now I see what you mean! Yes, you are right.
-
I still can’t get the strava segments to work on my Suunto 9 Baro after the beta update. They were working fine on my wives Vertical when I tried it.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I love this new approach. Pretty good job! But, why is Suunto messing up the lowest backlight setting of S9 and S9B again?
I remember when we had the choice in 5% steps. Then it was changed to Low - Medium - High and Low was already quite disturbing during my night exercises (especially compared to 5% or 10% choices). Now, Low is even brighter…From now on, I will have to use the DND mode every time to overcome the blinding backlight in the darkness… Edit: Even DND backlight feels stronger now, doesn’t it?

Link for S9 Peak Pro does not open on my laptop computer…what can I do? Thanks.
-
@ChicChoc open it on your phone.

@Zdeněk-Hruška said in Suunto Beta Release for Suunto 9 Peak Pro, Suunto 9 Peak, Suunto 9 Baro, Suunto 9 and Suunto 5 Peak: @rudi-corinna As was advised to me earlier you need to open it via your phone… it opens in the app How on the phone? I did the update on Play store Suunto beta app, but I don’t see upgrade offer on watch or app…what next to do?

 Seems I found it…slow download…optimistic it will work…
