Vertical dual band incredible!!!

To give some background where I live is tropical rainforest environment I go up local 1000m Mountain which is covered in rainforest so thick on a sunny day barely any sunlight penetrates to the forest floor. On top of this it is one of the wettest places in the world with the tops of these mountains average over 8000mm of rain a year. Well today I tested the vertical in these conditions we had torrential rainfall from start to finish under the rainforest canopy probably the toughest conditions you can find for gps. In these conditions my old ambit 3 peak would hold gps about 80% of the time it would go wobbly and miss strava segments due to being off course.
Well today the vertical in these conditions with dual band working at what was probably 120% capacity (drained 4% in 2 hours) trying to hold a gps lock and it managed to do a great job. The tracks are never perfect in this environment but it was enough to hold the track and match the strava segments.
Quite incredible suunto don’t think you can get more difficulty for gps then this and it came out on top
