Long activity synced in Suunto App but not able to share it or export it.

Hi,
I’ve found a strange issue with my Suunto 9 Baro + Suunto App (both with the latest firmware). I’ve done a survival race which had lasted ~20 hours. Once the activity was synced, I was waiting for it to sync to Strava. It was not synced so I supposed it’s due to “multisport” nature of the activity. So I wanted to send a link to my friend - but the link was not created. The “share link” button was not responding, “share photo” was greyed out, photos were not there at all. Then I wanted to export the activity - as a fit file and export activity but it was not responding as well. Behaving like I’m not clicking anything. I have even tried to resync the watch (unpair, delete activity from the app, uninstall app, install app again, pair again, sync) but without any issue. Do you got any idea what’s wrong there? I’d love to send you the link to that activity but unfortunately I’m not able to
Thanks! -
@Mazel did it work in the end for you? I have the same issues some days with SA even over simple short runs. Then I come back to it a few days later and I’m able to upload photo’s etc.

@Mazel what you describe means that the activity is synced from your watch to the app, but not from the app to the Suunto backend. Try to contact support.

@isazi Sorry for a year long response time It was not able to come up with any solution. After few more tries I gave up. Were you able to fix it? I will probably take part in the race this year as well so I want to test it again.

@Mazel some improvement has been made. I had no issues with 2 long races, one was 32h and the other 35,5 h. I was using a newer watch. The Race.

@Brad_Olwin I was thinking about upgrading to Vertical or Race, but 9 Baro are still working perfectly fine so I will see in the summer, whether there is an improvement as well.
