Route stuck on watch

Does anyone know of a way to delete a route that’s stuck on the watch that’s no longer in SA? I think I may have deleted the route in SA whilst it was still synced, so now it seems like I’m stuck with it as there’s no delete option on the watch
Even though my Vertical is on the way I don’t want to do a factory reset on my S9B. Thanks in advance

Apparently you can upload newer routes and the old ghost route above will get overwritten.

Create more dummy routes in SuuntoApp,
Synchroniser your routes to watch,
Then news routes will overwrite the one in your watch.
Once finished, un-synchroniser your dummy routes.I forget how many routes S9 can handle, maybe 15? So you must create such number of dummy routes

Thanks for the help, great to know there is a way around it. Although I am just off to collect my Vertical from DHL so not sure I can be bothered to do this !!
