Yesterday I added a new running plan to my calendar in intervals.icu, to be starting today. I also added one strength workout (not part of the plan) scheduled for yesterday. This latter workout wasn’t synced to my Suunto 5, nor was the one planned for today, although intervals.icu didn’t show any error. The watch just didn’t suggest anything.
I tried creating a new scheduled workout with both SA (Android 4.67.2) and Suunto app for Mac, and when I complete it, I have no scheduled workouts saved on both apps.
The first problem suggests me an issue with the watch itself, but then why the apps would behave this way? Any suggestion?

@Francesco-Pagano have you already tried to reboot your watch and sync again with the app?

@isazi Yes I did it, and I still see both issues on the watch and on the apps

@Francesco-Pagano same situation for me, the already scheduled workouts were erased from the watch and I can’t create new ones with the app. In my case I have Suunto 5 peak.

With the last SA update all my guides have disappeared from watch and app. S9P.

              • I sync with train as one no workouts are coming into guides on app
              • I created a workout in SA when I saved it, it seemed to disappear
              • the old Suunto course guides have gone
              • the old Suunto training workouts have gone
              • I have reinstalled SA on phone
              • disconnected/ reconnected Train as One
              • soft reset watch

Not certain I should report it to this thread or the SA android beta thread

After watch soft reset, I did also the following:

                • uninstalled / reinstalled SA. I am now on version 4.67.3 (beta)
                • disconnected / reconnected intervals.icu
                • synced the watch multiple times

I still have the same issues: I can’t save structured workouts and I don’t have plans on the watch

Are you all using intervals.icu? I am using the latest beta (4.67.3) and I can see all my planned TrainingPeaks workouts in the app. But my hangboarding routine disappeared!
                  I will report this.

@isazi I use Train as One, but also a manually created workout in application just seemed to disappear.

@isazi in my case I’m pretty new with this type of watches and trainings and I was only using Suunto app to create structure trainings.

I am reporting this to Suunto, there is something wrong indeed, thanks for reporting it.

@isazi This appears to be resolved for me. Thank you.
