      I had a run with my A3P and I remembered the running performance graph ( https://www.suunto.com/en-gr/sports/News-Articles-container-page/TutorialTuesday-Running-Performance-Level/)

      But I am not able to find this on s9p . Can anyone assist on that ?

      Thanks

        it mentions VO2max… I would think fitness level would be the new equivalent, no?

              @thanasis
              no, sorry, I was referring to the result only

              It is quite sad to miss things that existed like 7 years ago ? Isn’t it ?

              Anyway
              Thanks

                Running performance is basically vo2max

                Realtime is not needed as post processing gives better results.

                    To be clear afaik this is a firstbeat recommendation not some Suunto decision

                      @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thanks

                      according to the article (and my experience as well)

                      "During a single run the running performance level has two benefits: Following the real-time difference indicator provides detailed, granular information on your daily performance and fatigue during the run. Endurance runners can use this information to learn how much fatigue seems manageable during long intensive runs. During races, this information helps you pace yourself properly.

                      After each run your Running performance level will be updated and you can track progress. "

                      so indeed post workout the overall level is adjusted but the realtime indicator is quite handy .

                      I assume it’s no longer there but it would be great having this through a S+ (although if this a firstbeat it may be a licensing issue)

                      thanks

                        @thanasis maybe a feature request ? I am not familiar with the running performance in realtime but I’ll go on and ask Suunto why this is not that there. There must be a reason.
