how’s your recovery by the way?Sorry, I missed this. Recovery generally I think has been good, back is feeling great and I am completely pain free now which is the first time in over a decade. I have a lot of tightness and pain in my hips which is supposedly normal while they adjust to everything, some days have been better than others but I’ve been keeping active and walking a fair bit. I might start some easy cycling once my hips are feeling good again, running will probably still be a while yet
