Differences between training modes
Are there any real differences between training modes on how the watch records activities like cross training and weight training? Or other similar ones?
yes they are different, maybe not cross training vs weight lifting. But e.g. open water swimming uses filtered gps, vs pool swimming that has no gps activated but uses pool length data…
or running that gives us min/km vs hiking: km/h.
plus the energy consumption algorithm is different for different sports.
