There is one thing I have been wondering about for a long time:
When we use Route navigation, we can open the navigation menu (that menu which opens when you swipe up or press the lower button on the navigation screen). At the top of the navigation menu, there is the text field where different data is circling: name of the route, name of the next waypoint, ETA and ETE. But there is no Remaining distance to end of route.

Also, when we open the Details from the navigation menu, the Remaining distance to end of route is not shown there.

Is there a special reason for this? Of course we can add “Remaining distance to end of route” field to any customized sport mode, but wouldn’t it be nice to have acces to this info from every time we use navigation independently on the sport mode used?

Valid for the whole S9/S9P and S5/S5P family (oh, and Spartans 😄 )

      SV: fingers crossed :D
S9 (non-baro): died after 2 months, replaced, holding strong since 03/20
Spartan Trainer: casing broke after 23 months, repaired, lost watertightness 5 months later, died
Despite some pretty bad luck, I still love Suunto!

@inkognito I had to look ETE up when I saw it on my watch. Even having done that I’m not sure what use it is to me.

I too would find a simple “remaing distance” indicator more useful.

@inkognito I also vote for this indicator. Use this feature often when a cycle and using the wahoo element bolt
