[Further issue] Lost data after factory reset

@tonyg Nice try I have to say.
One step further, what about importing those files you got via app like “RunGap”? Maybe this will fill those empty slots I guess… -
@hankwang I never considered that!!
would it cause duplications??? I don’t know!
I’m now existing between two eco systems (Coros (legacy - Suunto)) Mainly Coros. and I do have all those activities in Strava so not too much hassle, the only aspect on the Suunto App I use and find good is the route creation on a mobile device, but its not my primary route creation platform, I prefer to create a route on GBOS website on the computer. -
@tonyg I don’t think that will ever cause duplicates because the app will compare before creating/importing a new record, per their description.
And thanks for sharing your logic of choosing platforms, I might give them a try later on. For now, I simply like the simpleness and minimalism design of Suunto App comparing with Garmin Connect… (I haven’t tried much other platforms actually…)

Try to uninstall and reinstall the app. After that, slowly, the app should sync everything back from the cloud.
-
@isazi I tried. The issue remains
-
@hankwang can you try to contact support also? They may help you more. I’ll also try to report your issue, but I may need some logs from you at some point.
-
@isazi Sure, I’ll try
