      Servus mitanand,

at my run on friday my battery was very low, so during the run, the recording stopped. After the run i charged the battery and thought, everything was ok.
After the SA update, i checked my customized running mode, but it won´t work. I couldn´t select the settings. Another customized mode worked properly.
This morning at my run i could not choose my custom mode, so i used the standard running mode. In this mode, no distance was shown, but the track has been recorded (Seen in breadcrumbs map). The sync with SA however was with no GPS track and no distance.

      Had anyone similar problems?

Soft reset had no effect - to do a hard reset, i first want to ask for help from the community.

      Thanks a lot

      Andreas

maybe your running mode went corrupt? I would start with only deleting and newly creating your running mode and check if it helps.
We’ve seen a similar behavior with snowboarding activity already.

Thank you, i’ve already tried deleting the sport mode. The circle circles an finally the message is shown: " oh, something went wrong"

          I think i will try a hard reset…

hmm… hard reset is like the last resort, because you have to setup everything again (no backup available yet…).
I might be wrong, but I think I succeeded with deleting only the wrong activity… you can select one by one or multiple. maybe the issue you’re facing is different.

@andreaskauth your description looks a lot like the issue I have had with the snowboarding profile. (Mostly after a firmware update)

Selecting the corrupted profile result in the “Oops…” error in SA and a watch reboot if you try to select it in the watch.

I could always fix it by deleting and recreating the profile as @freeheeler suggested before. No hard reset was necessary.
