S9 baro is stuck on boot

The watch was with dead battery. Now i[m tryin suuntolink but when i choose to reset the watch says: Failed to reset the watch. Please check your internet connection settings -

did you try softreset? 12sec upper button.

my daughter’s watch had the same issue this week. I fully charged it connected to SuuntoLink, performed an update and the world started spinning again -
@freeheeler nahh, its was from the version of windows…
now i’m tring with win10, so the reset is starting, but its stuck on right after tthe half of the process. disconect and connect few times and error: update failed…
any suggestion with this?

it seems i dont have the gear icon in suuntolink 4.0.4. Can someone share older version ?

@nikola-penev do you have another cable? Maybe is the cable.
If soft reset didn’t work and suuntolink is not working I suggest to try another port in the pc.
I don’t know if older version of suuntolink will help.
Try the softreset one more time and give a try on suuntolink just in case.

@bulkan I have another cable - same situation. Stuck right after the half of the process and Update failed.

Just drag and drop the zip file in the top corner of Suuntolink, not sure if left or right, try both.

@isazi anyway, we found a oler version. Dropped a different fw versions and always update is failing on the 9 o\clock of the process.
