Complex interval workout setup

@luis-carlos You can look some up, I don’t use them but I know there are Tabata apps, etc. They won’t deal with pace or HR but will allow you to set timers.

@brad_olwin ok thank you! Do you know if suunto have any plans to implement this or with 3rd party apps in the near future?
And sorry for the duplicated post. My watch it’s the 9 but i create in the 7 forum by mistake.
Best regards.
-
@luis-carlos ok, I will delete the 7 post but so far no complex intervals and the 9 does not have access to 3rd party apps or the ability to run them

I’m new with Suunto 9.
There is any way to import my activities from Tomtom to Suunto 9?
Best regards,

@luis-carlos
do you mean the watch itself or do you mean the database where your activities are stored?
If you want to move activities to your watch, this is not possible. It is a one way sync regarding activities. (from watch to database).
If you want to move activities from Tomtom to Suunto, there could be options with some workarounds and of course it needs some effort (at least the options I know). -
@freeheeler hello,
i want to moove activities from tomtom to suunto (not necessarily for the watch). they can be only visible in the suunto app if this can be done.
which options do you now?
Thank you!

@luis-carlos If you have an iPhone RunGap may work, with an Android phone SyncMyTracks I believe. Don’t know if RunGap can sync with TomTom but you can check in the app.

thank you, that’s what I wanted to mention…

@freeheeler Long time since I don’t use SyncMyTracks, but I can remember that it was using the old API and some sync problems make asc/desc not being well transfered.
Did someone know if they are corrected?

@luis-carlos regarding activities transfer from one platform to another, you can give a try to https://tapiriik.com/#
I used it in the past and ot worked quite well.
