Media controls not working

Hello, sorry I just have problem with media controls. Does anyone use it? I still get “media not found” and my phone is connected with watches and Spotify is playing. Could someone help me?

@vio112 what phone do you have? Maybe something is wrong with battery management. In battery settings make sure that SA is not optimized.

I can’t test but I read that media control is controlling music player through its notification on the phone. Does your player show notification, and is this player app enabled in SA notification?SSU (retired), SV1, SV2
