New Suunto 9 Peak Titanium No connection to Suuntolink App

Does anybody face the similar issue with the new ones? I upgrade my wife’s watch from Spartan to 9 Peak, as I am really satisfied with my 9 Baro Titanium. When connecting to any computer (windows or mac) app does not start and when I run app, it doesn’t recognize the watch at all. I tried it on 3 computers at least, so I am sure it is not PC or app. problem. Charging connector seems to be ok as charging is ok even on computer. When connecting my 9 Baro Watch, app starts automatically with recognising the watch in computer. Do you, guys, think I should claim it as warranty returning the watch? Thank for responses.

@kurochimenez you don’t need Suuntolink for Suunto 9 Peak. For this model everything including software updates is done via Suunto App on mobile phone.
