Export tracks from Suunto to Wikiloc

Hello,
I have done three routes during three days, and they are all recorded in my Suunto Spartan Trainer HR (I can see the number of km, etc in the activity section of the watch). How can I extract the .gpx files of these three routes to upload in wikiloc or oher place? I have the app in my iphone and mac.

If you search the forum for “Export gpx” you’ll find all the info you need
