Sync of S9 after update

HI, I did latest update of my S9 baro. Unfortunately two activities wasn´t synchronized before. Now, I see it in my watch, but I´m not able to synchronize into Suunto app. Please help!

There is a warning about this before the update though but understandable not many users pay attention

Is it possible to see the folders in the watch just like in my Garmin Edge 520?
