Synchronisation Steps & calories

Hey!
I realised today that for 3 months the Suunto App did not synchronise steps and calorie count tracked by the watch. I already did the following:
- Disconnected Watch with App and reconnected
- synchronised again
- reinstalled app
any more advise?

It does though snychronise all activities and i see the stepcounter & calories on the watch

@cornelius-clemens usually reinstalling the app works (it does not give you the data from the past, but from that moment on data is saved), but if you already tried I would not know what else. Maybe contact support too.
