Add torch facility to suitable watches

My friend has a Garmin Forerunner 245 - the cheapest he said. Nonetheless, he switched on a ‘torch’ facility in a hotel at one point - it fills the screen with the brightest white it has. It was effective and faster than grabbing the phone and fiddling.
It could be added - on my Peak 9 at least - to the shortcut menu on the main watch screen for instance.
