Button and screen lock when NOT recording an activity

Hi,

It would be great to be able to lock the screen when NOT recording an activity. Too often my jacket or hand bumps the buttons and the watch starts recording a random activity. Or it puts itself in Do Not Disturb Mode.

Thus should be quite easy to implement with a double key press or similar.
