Activities in Logbook but not syncing with app

I have some activities that are in my logbook but aren’t showing up when I sync my watch. If I record new activities they sync just fine - just these few are skipped. Is there a way to mark them as unsynced in the watches logbook so that they will be sent fresh? Alternatively can I manually transfer them from the watch to the app somehow?

@james-herlihy are they still in the logbook with all data, including graph? Then try to logout of the app and login again, or even uninstall and reinstall the app.
If they are in the logbook only as summaries, then there is nothing more to do.
