Is there a way to transform the course captured during an exercise into a GPX file
-
Hello this Sunday I did a course in mountain for which I prepared in advance a GPX file.
I realized that my GPX route was not totally correct.Fortunatelly I used an exercise durign which my journey was captured so I have the exact route (not exactly exactly as during 10 minutes I lost the GPS signal, but still I have the most important part)
Is there a way so that I could extract and export my recorded route, create a GPX file, import it into a tool so that I can restart from here, add may be the 10 minutes part which is missing and have a perfect new GPX to replace the one I was creating manually

@pierre-yves-colle easy
In the Suunto App open the recorded activity and use the three dots menu to export either the activity or only the route as a GPX file. -

I’m totally stupid !!!
I was preciselly here on this screen and moreover on this famous 3 dots … and for a reason I do not knwo I did not saw this export option …
OK I also wrote a post tellign that I’m visually impaired … here it is even worth …one will tell me that I’m using this SUUNTO watch and apps being blind

THANKS A LOT !!!
Now I will try to find the best open source application that can be installed on a computer to manipulate, change and save again some GPX files.
Thanks again.

@pierre-yves-colle try https://gpx.studio/ on the web, it works if you don’t have major changes to do.

@isazi
Thanks a lot !!!
What I would like to try here is :I created my own route but when I tried it this sunday multiple time the watch told me that I was out of the route, in the same time during 10 minutes the GPS was lost …
so what I would like to do is to find a way to combine (may be just mentally) the 2 routes : the reality that the watch took and the one I was creating myself and create the best possible one
Also observing where I was wrong … that means I was not pointing the POI correctly on the map … I want to catch whyI will let you know what I was abel to do … will take couple of days as I’m back to work. but I will feedback
