S9 breathing reminder

I have tendency to forget how to properly breath, I suggest as part of the stress and recovery features tu be able tu set up a reminder to breathe, maybe even a feature included to help breath properly

Is this a medical issue? Then I think a sports watch should not be the solution as it is not reliable enough as a medical instrument would be.
I am breathing like every 3-5 seconds - I would not want my watch to beep or buzz every 5s… -
@egika omg no! I meant like properly deeply breathing to relief stress and that kind of thing
