Vast problem with Suunto 9
I own a Suunto 9 Ambassador Edition for a few days now. Since today I have the problem that the display is constantly lit but does not show anything. It is still connected via Bluetooth and synchronization via the Suunto app and Suuntolink also works smoothly. So, seems that everything works properly.
Soft and hard reset do not help. The 9 can be successfully reset to factory settings, but lights still up during and after the update process but does not display anything.
Any idea? Help is highly appreciated.
@patrickl do you have energy saver or do not disturb enable ? Have you check all your setting ?
So you have an always empty lit screen ?
I would contact Suunto support
