pod and hr belt

I’ve searched the forum quite a bit as well as looked trough the manual, but I haven’t found an explicit answer to whether a belt and a pod could be used simultaniously. Could anyone help me out?
Or maybe someone has come up with a workaround, my case is:
I have a “dumb” bike trainer and I want to measure cadence and hr, but watch hr seems to be not good enough for bike sessions.

During my running sessions, I’m using my Adidas MiCoach foot pod - for cadence, and Suunto smart sensor - for HR data. In watch (I have S9 Baro), there are separate sections for each device. So, it’s working fine for my case.
