if you set the watch to AutoMode, each time you press a button the watch will light on. Never need to taking off gloves to have light. What is missingg ? The fact that it will light off a few second after ?SSU (retired), SV1, SV2

@theguyfromthesummit Try Standby On for backlight. It provides plenty of light to see the display when it is dark outside and has minimal effect on battery life. I have this on almost all the time in the winter and turn it off for summer months.

But never found a automatic option, only standby.
How is it called?Missing the overall feel:
Rugged outdoor watch
Temperature change over the last hours
Serious look and no toyish symbols
Strap feels cheap (tried a couple) compared to the a3 etcSo overall it feels like a downgrade, but it’s just my feeling.
