User Name Anonymous ? App startswithout Loging ?
When I start the Suunto app, the app opens directly in the diary with the user name Anonymous without logging in. My Ambit 3 Peak watch is connected via bluetooth. I can see my recordings but I have no way of logging out using the Settings button. When I start again I have the same problem.
Only after uninstalling and reinstalling the app can I use it correctly. Then everything starts all over again. Direct opening of the app without logging in. User name Anonymous no data transfer possible despite connected watch. Delete the app again …
The data transfer from Mouvescount to the app has to be repeated every time. This is more than annoying!
Anonymous thing is an issue.
Either wait for Suunto guys here to give more instructions, or open a support/assistance chat message in the App.
Btw, Movescount has nothing more to see with SuuntoApp. For sure, all your activities have to be synced from the cloud, but it is SuuntoApp cloud (and not Movescount ).

In the past I have not been very convinced of Suunto’s support. I hope someone will take care of my problem. While looking for a fix, I saw a similar error message from a user on Facebook. Since I do not use Facebook I am still looking for help. The data transmission works after a new installation so far everything is OK. Only after logging out and restarting the app does the problem arise. @ Mff73 Thanks for your quick answer. @ Isazi. I hope Suunto can help me quickly Re: User Name Anonymous ?
