Wrist HR blinking value

Hello,
I wanted to share with you this issue to understand if it’s a problem of my SB9 or it’s a known one. The value of the HR in activities appears and disappears. I tried to wear the SB9 in multiple way, more or less tight, higher or lower on the wrist. But no way, sometime HR value is showed for some seconds and sometime disappears for some seconds. This happens also when I do bike when the watch is almost not moving.
This problem is very annoying as it requires me multiple views to the watch if I want to catch the value. Does someone experience the same? -

Did you try a soft reset ?
Maybe there’s something stuck.Does it happen if you measure your HR while not recording an activity?

@sartoric good point. Just tried the HR measure outside the activity and here is stable. I try with the soft reset. Thanks

@sartoric with the soft reset it seems a little better but time to time the HR value disappear for some seconds

Did you try a “fake” activity or were you exercising for real?
I mean, did you just try to see if HR are stable without really moving ? -

I would try to record a “fake” one, just to see if it works.
So you can check if it’s due to the watch wobbling or not
