stress level: yes / hr: no
-
got this the first time today.
watch showed ok stress level for 16h.
but most of the hr 12h graph is missing.
Anyone had this?Yesterday I did not allow strava to have my hr.
Today I disconnected strava from SA.
Maybe some kind of interaction…
I will keep looking at it… -
Same here, erratic behaviour of the resource screen stuck in stress mode and not recovering. Hans Martin

Looks like the sensor is not triggering? Some reboot could help?
OR you have enabled power saving.

@Hans-Martin-Graf Increase your rest HR. Many people confuse this with minHR
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Hi Dimitrios, good to be in contact again. Did a soft reset that did not change anything: Sets the recovery level to 50% and then depleets the resource level. Put resting heart rate to 60: Mine is definitely lower at night all the time but no recovery. Next is the hard reset…
-
@Hans-Martin-Graf well the rest HR is not what you have at night. It’s more of the HR that you have when you are resting. For example a while after you wake up. There are many ways to figure that out.
-
@Hans-Martin-Graf My min HR at night is in the mid to low 40s but my rest avg during the day is around 50 so that is where I set my min HR.
-
@Hans-Martin-Graf : I don’t know how exactly Resources works but I also would try to raise your resting HR. I set mine to 60 and sitting on the sofa does sometimes give me no „resting“ while I can see that my HR is around 60. So I guess there must be a bigger difference to „trigger“ resting periods.
When I do Qi Gong breathing exercises however I can drop my HR to 50 and below and doing that for 30 minutes raises my Recovery % dramatically (see pictures)
-
keep in mind that this looks also to HRV

All, thank you for your responses: Hard reset did the trick (for now). Recovery now works again. Seems that the “program” can get stuck here. Maybe something for Suunto to look at. Still love my S9 🥳

@Hans-Martin-Graf Roger that. Thanks !
