Did you reset the watch as asked by Suunto Link?
I had this issue long ago. Turned out to be a faulty cable. -

Yes. Overload “v2.10.26 -> v2.10.26” and factory reset - success.
But upgrade watch form v2.10.26 to v2.12.30 fail -
Did you try to contact support?

This post only has firmware link for spartan, not s9b.
I also search and couldn’t find the links for S9B, although I thought I have seen it somewhere -
@André-Faria that’s for the procedure. For the firmware, the name of the S9 is Ibiza. There are links in the forum

@azorg When you connect the watch to your pc do you see a warning from Windows about a unrecognizable device? Assuming Windows is your OS

I can only reset my watch with rewrite 2.10.26.
2.11.38 and 2.12.30 freeze on upgrade… -

Eventually downgrade to less than 2.10, and reupgrade.
Are you sure you have proper FW file for your watch model (just to be sure )?
