Why suunto 9 lost heart rate diagram and need soft reset to restart the recording of heart rate?

what do you mean for “lost” ?
maybe something got stuck, and reset usually fix that

I mean, heart rate doesn’t recorded on the heart rate diagram (second view on a screen after heart rate). When i soft reset the whatch it ran and everithyng is ok. But after few days the problem comes another time. Is it normal?

Of course it’s not normal
Maybe you disable the 24/7 monitoring without noticing it (or maybe some battery profile do it) ?Do you have the latest firmware ?
You can also contact suunto support just to be sure everything is fine and the watch is not defective

it could also be a low battery level. Below a certain percentage, if I’m not mistaken, the whr reading is excluded.
