Suunto 9 - 2.12.30 No HR after Info Your battery is LOW 20%
Hi Guys,
Does any have something similar issue to me?
Today I run a warnup and I get a information on watch screen, that my battery is 20% only left. After that I lost my HR data…

Next I had a ‘test for 5km’ . I’m possitive I had HR strap info/values + sync GPS, but under the race ,I didn’t have any HR information!!

Next I had cool down run. ,and I also Im sure, that I saw green strap icon, with HR value before I starting it up. and during a run, HR information missing too.

I can see Strap icon with HR values and GPS sync ,also HR info is after I pressed start button. It is first time when I notice that very strange behaviour with HR, and probably its related with ‘low battery’ information.
Its from my first run: when I get 20% info:

Can it be just the strap going coo coo ? Or battery off ? If all tries didn’t have hr , then this is what I suspect. At 20% the endurance mode is triggered if you accept it if course. Endurance mode still uses Bluetooth. At 5% or ultra mode Bluetooth goes off.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos my strap was well fitted. I have changed battery 2 weeks ago …so I doubt its battery fault. Also I did not accepted endurance mode
Also I have this ‘fixed’ gray strap version.
I will observe it. I got 20% info earlier (before an update) without any issue. As I wrote before, the strange thing was that at the begin activity screen they was strap icon with HR values so it was looked that strap is connected and working but HR was not recorded at all.

@greku roger that I understand. Keep me posted.

@greku case it happens again, sending logs via SL would not hurt asap (and copying the log id here)

On Monday I was running with the battery under 15% without issues (using the Polar OH1). So, I do not think is related to the new firmware.
