@AndyD2574 this is THE QUESTION that everyone in this forum wants to know… But just 2 or 3 here already know…
Suunto has no stablished/published cadence to release watches (at least I don’t have this info) and as all of the companies/plans/release dates it could have been affected by Covid-19… so no idea

So buying a current Baro 9 I suppose is ok as waiting could be an age?

@AndyD2574 check the S9B (if this is the watch you are interested in) If you are comfortable with that, buy it (don’t expect new features, they can or not come to the watch)
If you buy thinking on the features that could be added in the future, you could regret…

S9 will likely get another substantial FW update soon.
Just go and get one, waiting for a successor will keep you always waiting and never getting anything…
