Suunto Spartan Ultra not synching with Movescount

Hi Everyone,
First time on here. My Suunto Spartan Ultra isn’t synching with Movescount on my iPhone. The two are connected no problems but it just keeps synching the last 20 moves over and over again. Any thoughts?
I must say I’m disappointed with this watch. For the money you pay you would expect a more seamless experience.
