Problem with the altitude on movescout

Hi!!!
I have a spartan sport wrist HR and from few days I can not see the altitude on my route.
I can not see also the altitude on movescout and on the watch.
someone know why?

I can not see on ma watch and on map in movescout.
If I start a trail session with a route, during the session I can not see the watch face like that

There is an issue already discussed about that

Have you considered to jump into Suunto app? These issues won’t be there.
