Inaccurate Endurance Mode

Hi Guys,
just back from a mountain walk and find the Endurance Mode did not restart recording GPS properly. Screenshot below shows a straight line (twice) post the middle of the trail and a distance that is probably one third too short. Watch was worn normally on arm, no changes there. Initially had to recalibrate compass a few times. Any ideas where this might come from?

@Hans-Martin-Graf I suspect “walk”. Then no fused track is activated.
What GPS system did you use?

good to be in touch again.
No: It use a modified “Trail Run Setting”. But then we walked and did not run. Strange is that it seems to be an intermittent thing if you look at the trail. Updates in the first part are made every two mins or so. Towards the end I observed one did not get any distance updates for minutes. GPS mode is “GPS + QZS5 + GALLILEO”.

Let’s keep an eye. For endurance modes I d switch to GPS only perhaps.
